What your report tells you

The report coordinates six existing audit engines. It preserves each tool’s scope, scores, evidence and analyzer version. There is no blended overall SEO score.

  • Readiness checks the submitted page and crawler discovery files.
  • Content Refresh and Metadata analyze bounded, sampled website inventories.
  • Page Speed measures the submitted page on mobile and desktop using Google PageSpeed Insights. Real-user data may be unavailable.
  • Migration compares an old and a new public website or sitemap. It needs both inputs.
  • AI Visibility observes repeated provider answers to your buyer questions. It needs brand context and does not predict rankings or verify provider claims.

Incomplete evidence stays visible

Omitted tests are labeled “not requested.” Failed tests do not count as passed. A report with some usable evidence is delivered as a partial report. When all tests fail, you receive a failure notice rather than an empty success PDF.

Evidence and privacy

Fresh matching Metadata, Migration and Speed scans may be reused with timestamps. Readiness and Content use independent scans. The report freezes its findings before generating the PDF. A later retry creates a new revision.

Verify your email before scanning. Your address is used for this report’s transactional emails, never a marketing subscription. Online reports and recipient data expire after 30 days; email attachments and downloaded copies cannot be revoked. Keep the private access link confidential.

PDF limits

The PDF prioritizes and caps findings and evidence samples to remain readable. Truncation is labeled. URL query strings are omitted. Western and Central European characters use bundled fonts; unsupported characters are represented by Unicode code points. Large attachments are replaced by a private download link.

These checks identify observable conditions and opportunities for review. They do not guarantee traffic, conversion or ranking outcomes.
