Content Refresh Check

Find the pages on your website that deserve another look. Submit a domain or sitemap and get a prioritized, evidence-backed list of refresh opportunities.

Example: https://example.com — no registration required. Scans check up to 50 pages.

What this tool can and cannot tell you

Without analytics or search-performance data, this tool cannot tell you that a page has lost traffic, rankings, conversions, or business value. It identifies refresh opportunities — pages worth a second look — and explains its evidence and confidence for every finding.

Freshness
Pages whose most reliable date is old, checked against publish/modified metadata — not sitemap dates alone.
Broken outbound links
Confirmed 4xx/5xx links, kept separate from timeouts and access-restricted pages that could not be verified.
Metadata quality
Missing or duplicated titles, descriptions, headings, and canonical tags.
Authorship
Missing byline information on article-like pages — utility and legal pages are never penalized for this.
Possible topic overlap
Pages with similar titles and content that may be worth consolidating or differentiating.

Privacy and crawl etiquette

Reports are private by default and only visible to whoever ran the scan; sharing a report is an explicit, opt-in action. Submitting a domain causes the service to make a limited number of public web requests — at most 50 pages and 200 outbound links per report — from an identifiable scanner that respects robots.txt, similar to how a search engine crawler would behave.
